The semester concert and senior recitals are an important part of the curriculum for students here at the International Music College Freiburg.

Over 11 evenings of music, 100 students in 33 bands of the International Music College Freiburg (the professional musician training program of the Jazz & Rock Schulen) will show off their musical skills. The students will offer a wide variety of musical styles that are carried to the audience with skill and enthusiasm.

The students have been studying very challenging music over the last semester. The concerts will show their hard work in different musical styles such as rock, pop, soul, latin and jazz.
The state recognized and BAföG financed studies for professional musician education at the International Music College Freiburg is one of the most attractive music education opportunities in Europe. The practical three year training is a full time program that includes musical subjects such as music pedagogic, composition, arrangement, studio & computer, music business etc. The program offers a practical up-to-date teaching curriculum and experienced teachers that provide students with one on one attention for a successful start in the music world.
